LoRa APRS has taken off in an impressive way around where I live in the last few months, with many iGates and digipeaters and plenty of amateur radio operator regularly carrying tracker around. So when my friend and club mate Tord LA7MHA told me he'd found a better tracker board I just knew I had to get one. And boy was he right; the Heltec Wireless Tracker board does an excellent job! Join me in this 3 part series where I build the board and battery into a really nice 3D-printed enclosure, load and configure the firmware and finally take it on a nice bike ride to see how it works!
In this last part, I take the assembled unit on a 25 km bicycle ride to see how it performs!
