7. How are warranties handled?
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturers and not by Radioddity unless otherwise indicated. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the courier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.

8. Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email after my PayPal payment is completed?
We send a confirmation email to your primary PayPal email address or the e-mail address you have specified if you used the "PayPal Express Checkout" method. Make sure that you have a Radioddity account registered under your PayPal account's primary e-mail address.
In rare circumstances, a technical bug confirmed by PayPal can get in the way. If you do not receive any information at all, and your order does not appear in your Radioddity account, please contact us and send us your order details.

9. How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?

11. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Only USPS can ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. The items have to be less than 2kg. Please allow additional time for orders to be shipped to these addresses. Express shipping cannot be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

12. Why am I unable to track my order?
It can sometimes take 24-48 hours or so for tracking information to update once an order has shipped from our warehouse.
Occasionally, a package may not receive the proper origin and transit scans while on its journey to you, so neither us nor express is able to track the exact location of the package in transit.
Please email us if you do not receive your order by the end of the quoted time frame. Please note that orders shipping via UPS can be delivered as late as 9:00 pm local time in some areas.

13. Taxes, Customs, & Duties
If the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country, most websites are declaring that you are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. However, Radioddity will be happy to go fifty-fifty with customers. Quality customer service is our highest value and we try our best to reduce our customer’s loss.

15. What do I do if received the wrong item?
Return the wrong item. If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service with photos or videos of the different product. If a return is necessary, replacement plus return shipping cost will be issued to you on receiving the returned product. Or if you decide to keep it, we will offer a 10% discount for buying it.

16. How do I return defective items?
If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 30 days from the initial receiving date. You can mail the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product.
*NOTE: We strongly recommend obtaining and saving your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund.*

17. When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they typically arrive in 10 to 13 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.

18. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of arrival) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

I can not give this radio a rating yet because I have not been able to download the firmware. The instructions are very difficult to understand and the instruction sheet is for a Baofeng radio.

Nice radio. I have 3 of them. After figuring out programming on one, I used the same code plug for the other two. They fit in the tiny spots on these newer vehicles and don't take up much space.

This isn't a review of the radio itself, but rather for the terrible experience trying to buy from Radioddity. It's been over 3 weeks since placing an order, and the shipment still hasn't arrived. Multiple attempts to contact them for rectification have gone unanswered. Must be nice to actually have a radio to review. Hopefully this will serve as a cautionary tale to anyone thinking about doing business with Radioddity, and save you from making the same mistake I did. Please look for other retailers and brands that are reputable.

I've found thus radio to be great and the small size suits my needs. I have now purchased a second one

I first used the Radioddity CPS but after researching I saw that David’s CPS was easier to use and I downloaded that and that CPS was very nice! You can download contacts directly from the CPS and you can upload TGIF or Brandmeister CSV file talkgroups right into the radio. I started DMR on a Baofeng DM1701 using openGD77 and this radio is much more user friendly to me. I wish I had started with this radio to begin with. Learning and tinkering with it is what is fun to me though. The mic feels a little cheap but the brick itself is nice and solid. I’ve been messing with DMR for around a month and it took me about an hour to download my first codeplug into this radio and begin talking. Perfect for the truck or shack. Do yourselves a favor and add one of these to the collection.

The wife had asked me for some birthday gift ideas. So this little radio made my list. It is a nice little radio. I have it in the shack mainly for DMR. I am familiar with programming DMR radios, so this wasn't too hard for me to do. The programing software was not the best. But funny how tech support pointed me to a 3rd party one that work perfectly. Had the radio for 3 months now and no problems

An updated review after a difficult set up. Finally I recived a software that work properly. I just programed the radio and upload couple code plug that I have. If you are expose to work with DMR radios is practically the same of other. I still working on it and making contacts. For now, the radio is working properly, is a good budget radio when you have everything to set up the radio. If you get it, and the software in the web page do not work. You need to sent an email to ask for other link that they have and they sent to you if you ask for it. But do not expect an answer rigth a way just se nt the email and check your I box the next day. Bedside the issue that I have and expend almost a week with the radio dead in the box, I don't have nothing else to said. I will do an update after a month with the radio to report how is working. I have had this radio for 2 years now and it is well worth the money. I used it on DMR and analog, great audio. I like the 20W output and it takes a baofeng H-250 handset for use on my Ebike, I mounted it a few moths ago and use it on my ebaik. Great fun, now I need another one in the hamshack. The push button switch on the knob is a bit querky but push a few times and it will go.

An update to my previous review. After returning my original (open box) faulty radio, I received a new unit. I was pleased that this one did not immediately go up in smoke when powered on. In analog mode, this radio works adequately. Transmit and receive audio are good, no complaints. In digital mode, things get remarkably worse. Firstly, the radio is very selective about what DMR repeaters it will talk to at all. My radio does not work with my local repeater, EXCEPT when located directly under the repeater, using a dummy load. It will not talk to the repeater using any actual ante nna, although these worked fine on every other DMR radio we tested, as did the repeater. Get 20 feet away from the repeater, and the radio won't talk to it whatsoever. It DOES work on every hotspot we have tried. I had to purchase a MMDVM hotspot to make my radio operable. All my settings for the repeater were correct, and confirmed by the owner of the repeater--it just doesn't work. The microphone is VERY quiet on digital, but fine on analog. There is no option to change the gain for one mode and not the other. Similarly, speaker volume is normal in analog, and ALL OVER THE PLACE in digital, ranging from a whisper to ear-splittingly loud. This could be a quirk of DMR, and not the radio, however. An analog volume control knob would be VERY helpful. It's not a good sign when I wish this radio has features from my Baofeng. The CPS is awful; you already know. Downloading the 3rd party CPS makes the process tolerable, but not great. I can find no explanation for the difference between contacts, ham contacts, and ham groups. I've programmed the radio, and still don't know the difference. Long story short, this is my second DB25-D, and I have gotten this one to work, but barely, with great difficulty, and by purchasing extra equipment. I'm keeping mine, but it was a close decision. I would recommend that others stay away.
