An alternative Allstar Node? The Aursinc Allstar RF Node

Allstar has been on my bucket list for ham radio for quite a while, but unfortunately shipping a Shari node internationally is USD200, so that was out of the question. Instead I went for this clone from Amazon. Does it work?
